Repeat for another pair of narrow and wide pieces:

Now put the half ring and bridge pieces on top:

Almost finished - the IR plastic lid is next. I've left the protective plastic on to make it easier to photograph.

Remove the protective plastic from both sides of the black case lid and choose the best side to face up:

Finally the bakelite lid:

Drop the last 6 washers over the bolt ends and fit the dome nuts:
