The USB socket on the power supply box is NOT USB-compatible. DO NOT use it to connect any USB device or anything other than the Levitating base unit, it will almost certainly be damaged beyond repair.
The exact order of assembly will depend on the preference of the builder but convention is to fit the resistors/diodes first followed by capacitors, transistors and finally the ICs, USB socket/power conectors in that order.
After preparing a suitable working space take the PCB and the 4x 1k2 resistors (Brown red red). Fit these in the locations marked for R3,4,6 and R8:

Then the 2x 680R resistors (Blue grey brown). Fit these in the locations marked for R2 and R7:

Next the diodes - note all these are polarised so make sure the band on the diode faces the same way as in the photos. Starting with the black plastic ones, fit these in the locations marked for D1 and D2:

Now the 2 glass diodes, note these are different so check the markings on the diode to make sure you have the right part in each place.
Find the diode marked 3v6. Fit this in the location marked for D4

Polyfuses - they look like square ceramic capacitors but protect the device if there's a short. Fit these in FS1,2:

Almost finished with this side of the board for now, just the voltage regulators. Find the one marked '78l05', this is IC2. Note the flat edge faces UP:
